A cancellation fee will not be charged unless it is a repeated event. We reserve the right to invoice the full cost of the treatment session if we are not notified within 36 hours. Any block bookings (bookings made for a period greater than 2 weeks) will require a weeks’ notice period. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
